If you agree with the basic principles that we're putting forth, then print out a copy of the freefly coaching trapper keeper, put it behind manifest, and let everybody know that it's there to reference and that this is the recommended way to go about learning to freefly at your DZ.
There is a ton of useful, printable stuff in here. You may want to print out everything, but that takes some time. If you were only going to print out one thing for your DZ, make it Keep_At_Manifest.doc. That will be the most frequently referenced.
This way you'll have detailed information at hand when the next person asks you the usual questions. Even if you're in a hurry, you know they'll be getting safe, effective, and complete advice.
